HC Series High Pressure Plunger Pumps and Cleaning Systems are manufactured in Technical Collaboration with M/s LEUCO Pumps-Italy, who is reputed manufacturer of Reciprocating Plunger Pumps.

HC Series Consists of High Pressure Pumps ranging from 2 HP (8.5 LPM @ 80 kg/cm2) to 15 HP (17 LPM @ 350 kg/cm2 and 40 LPM @ 140 kg/cm2) brass head, direct couple with 1500 RPM (4 pole) and 3000 RPM (2 pole) Electric Motor.

These types of reciprocating pumps are provided with internal helical gears for speed reduction. Therefore 4-pole and 1480 rpm electric motor is recommended for direct couple. PressureJet offers these pumps with SS 410 liquid contact parts. 

Major applications of these type of pumps are De-scaling, Hard scale removal, Hydro Blasting etc.

These high-pressure triplex pumps are indigenously developed and approved by our collaborator. These plunger pumps are provided with belt and pulley or gear box as speed reducer as they do not have a built-in gear box. PressureJet offers these pumps with SS304 (CF 8) or SS316 (CF 8 M) as liquid contact parts.

Major applications of these plunger pumps are hydro testing of equipments as well as various process applications like Reverse Osmosis, Oil & Water injection in detergent plant, Vegetable ghee plant with Votator, Spray dryer, etc.
